[Sideproject][freeapp][Mobileapp]Prime portal 1.1.6 released

his is the app/service development team MGCHILD.

v1.1.6 was approved on 26th, Nov, 2020, and we are introducing the app contents for the latest.

Currently, only the android version is launched, but we plan to upload the iOS version according to the trend.

It started out as a quick check of news or trending content, and now you can enjoy content on radio and tv channels.

변경사항 

1. TV 페이지 첫 진입시, 가이드 페이지가 나타나지 않아 터치가 안되는 이슈가 수정되었습니다.

2. 인터넷 연결이 안된상태로 TV 및 커뮤니티 탭 진입 시, 인터넷 연결이 되더라도 DB 로딩에 실패하는 이슈가 수정되었습니다.

3. 각 탭별 레이아웃이 일부 수정되었습니다.

4. 라디오 탭에서 좌우로 Swipe 되도록 수정되었습니다.
